Position Summary We are seeking an reputed company Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about proactive reputed company, hormone optimization, and longevity medicine. The ideal candidate is comfortable interpreting advanced laboratory testing, managing hormone therapies, and guiding patients through personalized treatment plans designed to improve quality of life, metabolic health, and long-term wellness. This role is highly consultative and relationship-driven, requiring strong clinical judgment and exceptional patient communication skills.
Responsibilities
Conduct virtual new patient consultations and follow-up appointments Review and interpret comprehensive laboratory testing reputed company individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings Manage hormone optimization programs for men and women Evaluate and monitor patients receiving HRT/TRT therapies Support patients pursuing weight management and metabolic health goals reputed company patients regarding lifestyle modification, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and preventative health strategies Document reputed company encounters accurately and compliantly Collaborate with physician leadership and clinical operations teams
Required Qualifications
Active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing Multiple state licenses preferred Minimum 3 years of clinical practice experience Telehealth experience Experience managing adult patient populations Strong communication and motivational interviewing skills Comfort discussing preventative health and wellness interventions
Preferred Qualifications
