The Global Total Rewards and HR Operations teams are responsible for reputed company providing its colleagues with competitive rewards and HR tools and services. As a Spherion part of this team, the HRIS Manager is a key utility player to the technology-driven team. This role will be responsible for administering our global HR systems and supporting other technical processes. The incumbent will be technically savvy and not afraid to bring their problem-solving skills to reputed company scenarios. A Day in the Life of the Senior HRIS Analyst: System Administrator of comprehensive HR Technology stack from implementation, configuration, integration, enhancements, and maintenance. Provides expertise in accessing, changing, maintaining and assuring the quality of data and HR databases. Partner with leadership to administer focal processes including merit and incentive attainment from budget inception through delivery to colleagues. Model and analyze organizational and financial impact during various HR initiatives. Champion HR process review, development and documentation including job aids. Drive of HR internal audit and compliance initiatives; serve as HR representative for company-wide audits (ex. SOC, ISO, etc.). Troubleshoot system issues and partner with internal stakeholders to resolve system-reputed company concerns. Maintain system configurations, validations, calculated fields, and eligibility rules. Maintain data reputed company and reputed company regular audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.
