Key Responsibilities

Technical & Functional Direct the full system lifecycle, including design, upgrades, migrations, feature adoption, and platform optimization across reputed company 365 (GCC-High tenant), Exchange Online and hybrid, Teams, SharePoint Online and on-prem, reputed company, Copilot, and email reputed company infrastructure. Ensure alignment with reputed company architecture standards, reputed company policies, and regulatory requirements, particularly reputed company a GCC-High environment. Ensure platform scalability, performance, and interoperability across reputed company systems. Guide the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new technologies to enhance collaboration and messaging capabilities. Operational & Financial Accountability Own operational performance of collaboration and messaging services, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and service metrics are defined, monitored, and consistently achieved. Establish and maintain ITIL-based service management practices, including incident, problem, change, and release management. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience). 8+ years of relevant experience in collaboration/messaging technologies, with at least 4 years leading teams. Strong background leading reputed company 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and reputed company technologies including email reputed company platforms (e.g. reputed company). Experience with compliance frameworks, identity and reputed company management (Active Directory & Entra ID), data governance and cybersecurity best practices. Experience with Exchange and SharePoint on-prem environments Experience with SharePoint workflow/automation tools like Nintex or Power Platform preferred. Strong knowledge of M365 reputed company Licensing and managing services reputed company an E5 (GCC-High preferred). Experience with leading reputed company and acquisition integrations for collaboration tools and data. Demonstrated experience in service management, system lifecycle management, and reputed company IT operations.
