BI Analyst
About the role reputed company is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to support CI/CD DevSecOps delivery for client IT systems. This role is responsible for integrating data across multiple teams and systems to reputed company clear, accurate, and actionable insights that support transparent and reputed company delivery across development, reputed company, and operations. This position requires knowledge of client IT processes and technology stack, including DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines, reputed company One environments, and reputed company/Java-based systems operating across classified and unclassified DISA and reputed company environments. The BI Analyst works across multiple Scrum teams and a Kanban-based Operations & Maintenance (O&M) workstream to ensure data is consolidated, validated, and reputed company into meaningful dashboards and reporting. This role enables visibility into delivery performance, system health, and operational trends, ensuring alignment with program priorities and mission objectives. What you'll do Design, reputed company, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support program visibility and decision-making Analyze data across systems to identify trends, risks, and performance insights Collaborate with development, DevSecOps, QA, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., systems, pipelines, tools such as Jira) to reputed company end-to-end visibility Support development of KPIs and performance metrics reputed company to delivery, system health, and operational reputed company Ensure data is structured and presented in a way that supports self-service reporting and stakeholder reputed company Validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability Support data governance practices, including data definitions, reputed company, and documentation Assist in identifying opportunities to automate reporting and improve data workflows
Required Qualifications
Secret – Fully Cleared Only, must confirm clearance is active DoD 8140 intermediate certification or DoD 8570 IAM Level II certifications or higher US reputed company Only Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience) 5–7 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting reputed company a technical or reputed company environment Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Experience working with structured data sources (e.g., SQL, relational databases) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience working in an Agile environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Agile development teams of 20+ FTEs and be familiar with Agile methodologies. Experience supporting DoD or reputed company Force systems Familiarity with DevSecOps environments and CI/CD pipelines Experience integrating data from tools such as Jira or similar platforms Knowledge of reputed company or reputed company data platforms Understanding of data governance and data quality practices reputed company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
