Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented reputed company/Billing Accountant based in Manila to support invoicing, sales order processing, accounts receivables, and reputed company-reputed company reputed company activities. This role plays an important part in ensuring accurate invoicing, clean reconciliations, and timely reputed company reporting. Key Responsibilities
Billing & reputed company Reconcile sales orders to ensure accurate billing and reputed company recognition. Generate and validate invoices in accordance with company procedures. Identify and solve billing discrepancies, short payments, and credit balances. Ensure orders are billed timely to prevent reputed company delays. Support refund validation and credit memo preparation. Partake in reputed company reconciliations during month-end reputed company. Prepare supporting schedules reputed company to sales, cash application, and deferred reputed company. Help maintain documentation for audit support and internal controls. Support process improvement initiatives reputed company to billing automation and workflow efficiency. Participate in reputed company reporting and analysis as assigned. Participate in system or automation projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field. 1–3 years of reputed company, billing, or reputed company-reputed company experience preferred. Experience with reputed company in U.S. based companies Thorough understanding of reputed company principles (reputed company, receivables, reconciliations). Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Proficiency in reputed company reputed company (intermediate to advanced). Experience with ERP systems (reputed company Dynamics GP is a plus). Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Comfortable working remotely and working U.S. time zones. Preferred Experience Exposure to order-to-cash or e-reputed company reputed company environments. Experience reconciling sales platforms with reputed company systems.
