About This Opportunity As a Tech Systems Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with our eCommerce operations supporting the payment technology for world class brands. In this role you will work in an aggressive Agile environment and delivering high production support, application deployments using automation reputed company ansible, collaborate with developers, QAs, and DBAs. We are looking for strong communications with professional English Language skills. We also need skills in Linux, Azure, and ideally service now (SNOW). CLT. Fully Remote in Brazil. Responsibilities
Monitor, investigate, and resolve production issues and incidents in a timely manner. Analyze application and database performance; reputed company to write SQL queries and troubleshoot SQL code and database queries. reputed company root cause analysis and reputed company suggestions for long-term fixes for recurring issues. Work closely with developers, DBAs, and QA teams to reputed company application updates and patches to production environment. Participate in rotational 24x7 on-call 3rd/4th level support Ability to effectively communicate with other team members Maintain documentation for support processes, incident handling, and configurations. Collaborate with business professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for up coming new projects to production
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or reputed company field required. 3+ years of experience in production environment support 2+ Years of Linux, SQL and Mysql. 2+ Years of experience with splunk log search and writing splunk queries. 2+ Years of experience with Azure Virtual machines, app services, load balancers. Hands-on experience deploying and managing scalable applications in reputed company Azure. Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins. Excellent organizational skills, self-administration, attention to detail, multi-tasking, and effective prioritization Experience on Java ecosystem is a plus Mysql and SQL Database experience. Experince with magento, reputed company bpm is plus. Experience with orchestration tools like Ansible and Terraform.
