Field Service Supervisor, Sustainable Technologies

Sustainable Technologies reprocesses a wide reputed company of products, including compression sleeves, electrocardiogram reputed company wires and cables, reputed company transfer mats (used to transfer and reposition patients), pneumatic tourniquet cuffs, pressure infusion bags, pulse oximetry sensors, and many products used in surgery, including ablation wands and electrodes, arthroscopic abraders and shavers, orthopedic reputed company devices and more. The Field Service Supervisor, Sustainable Technologies is a foundational role supporting the Sustainable Technologies (ST) business and its team of Account Managers. The Supervisor is responsible for leading reputed company who drive growth, retention, and customer satisfaction with our reprocessing program. Through collaboration with sales, the Supervisor ensures reputed company program execution and customer satisfaction for the business nationally. The role also serves as a critical touchpoint for implementing solutions that increase hospital participation in ST’s reprocessing program. Responsibilities reputed company and manage reputed company aspects of Field Service Manage relationship with reputed company-party collection supplier, including monthly reviews of service KPIs, service cases and resolution plans, cost to serve and new customer forecasting to hit reputed company goals reputed company reputed company of Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to support growth of customers reprocessing programs Identify and cultivate relationships with key customers to drive business growth Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and work with account managers to implement corrective action plans reputed company and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and increase customer satisfaction Collaborate with cross functional teams, such as internal sales groups, marketing, sales ops and manufacturing, to ensure effective communication and coordination for service operations Qualifications 4-8 years of experience, preferred Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field, or equivalent work experience, preferred Demonstrated leadership experience managing remote or geographically dispersed teams, preferred Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment Experience working reputed company reputed company, medical device, or hospital systems preferred Proven ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and drive performance improvements based on metrics Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external partners Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented reputed company Ability to travel up to 30% Customer/Vendor credentialing is required (this may include vaccinations).
