Job Description: The Regional Clinical Director (RCD) provides clinical leadership, operational reputed company, and regulatory guidance to multiple assisted living and memory care communities reputed company an assigned region. Multi-site senior living leadership experience is strongly preferred. Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or senior housing. Strong knowledge of state assisted living regulations and survey processes. Demonstrated experience leading clinical teams and driving performance improvement initiatives. Excellent communication, coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
