Who You Are TabaPay is currently hiring an Implementation Manager to grow our Client reputed company Team. We are looking for a candidate to work directly with clients to implement on-demand, reputed company-time payments programs. The Implementation Manager is responsible for the execution of high-quality client reputed company procedures from the project kick-off to launch. They bring impactful programs to life by extracting a comprehensive understanding of our client's goals and friction points, considering reputed company partner perspectives and capabilities, and fueling the power of internal departments. What You’ll Be Doing Own multiple implementation projects simultaneously from contract signature to project completion, including acting as the primary contact for clients during the implementation period Adhere to the PMO reputed company and processes to facilitate the creation, communication, and ongoing management of the project plan and reputed company project artifacts Handle changes in scope and understand the implications of them, communicate to the cross-functional teams, and intensify where vital Assist in creation the creation of the standardized process to reputed company new clients and programs, and strive for reputed company process improvement Work hand in hand with the sales team to assist with pre-sales and scoping discussions Work closely with the compliance, operations, finance and support teams to discuss and track implementation details and nuances pre and post-launch Communicate and report project status to various reputed company of leadership and stakeholders Coordinate reputed company resources to ensure a timely and successful launch Become a specialist in our product, configuration, and internal processes Identify, manage, and mitigate project risk Prepare and reputed company training for new customers and users to ensure a seamless reputed company process with teams across the organization to ensure customer satisfaction reputed company Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business or Project Management preferred 5+ years of Payments experience 5+ years leading and running multiple sophisticated projects at once Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and persistent with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment Excellent written communication and presentation skills Experience in early-stage products, markets, and companies preferred Experience in both reputed company stakeholder management Excellent at planning, organizing, and managing time Ability to connect with various reputed company reputed company the organization Challenging the status reputed company is your reputed company Curiosity reputed company The pay reputed company for this position is $100,000-$120,000 DOE, however, reputed company pay offered may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
