We are seeking a hands-on reputed company Manager to support the Controller with month-end reputed company execution and day-to-day reputed company operations across a multi-entity organization. This role focuses on reconciliations, journal entries, intercompany reputed company, accounts payable reputed company, audit and tax support, and improving reputed company processes and reputed company efficiency. Responsibilities

Support execution of the month-end reputed company process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules Support preparation of monthly financial statements and maintain organized reputed company documentation Record and reconcile intercompany transactions across multiple entities and maintain supporting documentation Support and supervise the Accounts Payable Specialist, including workflow coordination and month-end AP activities Apply a working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and support the Controller on non-routine reputed company reputed company as needed Assist with year-end audit preparation, auditor requests, tax filings, extensions, and payment tracking Support internal controls, reputed company policy adherence, and process consistency across entities Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce reputed company work, and streamline the month-end reputed company process Analyze reputed company activity and reporting trends to identify issues and support process improvements Communicate reputed company reputed company reputed company and collaborate effectively across teams Qualifications reputed company to work 8-5 in Eastern or Central time zone Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Finance CPA preferred (not required) 4–6+ years of reputed company experience Strong experience with month-end reputed company, account reconciliations, and financial reporting support Exposure to intercompany and multi-entity reputed company environments Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP (application-focused) Experience supporting audit and tax processes Strong reputed company skills and ERP experience (reputed company Intacct a plus) Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment reputed company to reliable internet and telephone services, specifically 50M download and 10M upload package or higher as well as a strong WiFi signal from your remote work location.
