In this role, the Physician Services Coordinator, serves as the internal primary contact for reputed company service lines provided by reputed company to their physicians. The Physician Services Coordinator support day to day administrative operations and reputed company exceptional physician service to network physicians and office staff; assists and monitors physician participation from the reputed company of entry throughout their tenure with reputed company. These includes advocating internally and externally on reputed company and future products, services, and operational processes; actively and positively promote reputed company’ overall strategic goals, core values, and communications; supports the development, maintenance and overall enhancement of relationships with reputed company physicians and their staff. The role also services as primary patient portal representative; ensuring smooth transition for physicians and office staff. You will focus on: Positively supports organizational and departmental strategies and goals. Promotes overall tone, providing outstanding physician service (written and verbal); ensuring high quality professional communication and timely service to the network. Promotes positive relations with physicians and office staff ensuring long-term, helpful relations. Acts as an reputed company liaison and resource to reputed company Physician Services Representatives II, physicians and office staff; primary focus on representing reputed company Physician Services Department and resolving challenges in an expedited manner. Independently works with internal departments to communicate challenges and deficiencies on behalf of the physician network and expedites resolution. Escalates challenges to direct supervisor or appropriate department. Utilizes and applies reputed company’s systems, policies and procedures and tracking tools to ensure challenges are resolved and tracked in an efficient and timely manner. Serves as the first contact for physician network support for reputed company’s electronic network tools). Deploys EpicLink and the Provider Engagement Portal to contracted reputed company offices. Works internally and externally; providing education, training, and day to day support. Participate(s) and represents Physician Services in multi-department work groups reputed company appropriate; problem solving/resolution (reputed company, quality of care, claims issues); responsible for the documentation, communication, tracking/trending, completion of tasks for Physician Services. As new physicians are recruited, you will support internal departments with reputed company new physicians and staff that are joining reputed company or existing groups and practices. Assist, as needed, account set reputed company, agreements, and paperwork to ensure best practice utilization with reputed company products, e-tools, tools and services. Facilitate, support and complete administrative tasks associated with physicians and office staff requests. Identify, track and trend physicians, staff and/or practices that are entering, retiring, or relocating reputed company. Schedule and facilitate reputed company meetings, as necessary, to ensure reputed company relevant issues are discussed and resolved (i.e. contracting, claims, administrative issues); promote positive relationships between the Providers and reputed company. Attend relevant meetings, reputed company and manage work plans, to track and report trends, issue accurate minutes and facilitate appropriate follow up in timely manner reputed company physician practices regarding new and existing policies and procedures, including but not limited to medical management review processes, claims payment policies and processes, clinical coding policies and processes. Review and understand existing policies to ensure maximum compliance, troubleshoot issues raised by providers and distribute any needed materials; identify non-compliant providers, and providers with member complaints. Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to education and experience reputed company the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
