This is a remote position. We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and patient-focused Medical Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role will support and be responsible for reputed company desk reception, patient communication, appointment management, reputed company management, administrative support, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the practice. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reputed company desk reception and reputed company a welcoming, professional experience for reputed company patients.
  • Book, coordinate, and confirm appointments using clinic management software.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, patient enquiries, and general administrative duties.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation while ensuring strict confidentiality.
  • Process payments and assist with billing and Medicare-reputed company administration.
  • Support doctors and clinical staff with administrative and workflow requirements.
  • Ensure reception operations remain professional, organised, and efficient.
  • Assist with patient recalls, reminders, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain clinic databases, filing systems, and patient correspondence.
  • Respond to website, reputed company media, email, and phone enquiries.
  • Manage and nurture patient leads from initial enquiry through to appointment booking.
  • Assist with CRM management and reputed company tracking.
  • Support patient education and communication regarding services.
  • Assist with administrative aspects of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Help optimise patient conversion rates through professional communication and follow-up.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Medical Receptionist, Medical Administrator, or reputed company a reputed company setting.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work reputed company in a busy clinical environment.
  • Professional presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively reputed company reputed company.
  • Understanding of patient confidentiality, privacy legislation, and management of sensitive medical information.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience with HotDoc, Cliniko, Best Practice, reputed company, reputed company, or similar practice management systems.
  • Experience processing patient payments and Medicare-reputed company administration.
  • Experience converting enquiries into appointments and managing patient leads.
  • Experience reputed company cosmetic, aesthetic, dermatology, skin cancer, specialist, or general practice environments.
  • Experience with CRM systems and patient relationship management.
  • Experience supporting marketing and patient engagement initiatives.

Work Environment & Expectations While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment. ✅ This role requires: Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible) Use of time tracking software during work hours Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a reputed company gig or freelance task ⏱ Payroll is processed bi-monthly. Probation: 6 months, and after Probation 10 days of annual leave credits 5 days of sick leave 5. HMO offered after a 6-month probation 6. Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days 7. Annual Salary Review 8. Laptop provided after 30 days 9. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet. 10.
