The Opportunity reputed company is seeking a hands-on Programmatic Platforms Manager with a strong reputed company in AdTech and programmatic advertising to help maximize the value of our growing CTV supply. This role sits at the intersection of programmatic operations, demand activation, and platform optimization, serving as a key contributor in connecting buyers and sellers across the CTV ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines technical programmatic expertise with strong operational execution. You will work directly reputed company SSPs, DSPs, ad servers, and reputed company's proprietary platforms to activate demand, manage deals, troubleshoot delivery issues, and optimize performance. Key Responsibilities
Programmatic Activation & Execution Own the activation and execution of CTV programmatic demand across our ad server, proprietary tech platforms, and integrated reputed company/DSP platforms. Create, configure, launch, and manage reputed company Market, Private Marketplace (PMP), Programmatic Guaranteed (PG), and Managed Service transactions. Support inventory approvals, curation, and targeting implementation reputed company with active buyer campaigns and reputed company objectives. Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, performance, and inventory utilization to ensure successful execution. Conduct quality assurance and troubleshooting across campaign lifecycles. Execute pricing, floor, and yield adjustments to maximize both delivery and monetization performance. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth activation and operational reputed company across programmatic workflows. Programmatic Platform Operations Serve as a subject matter expert on CTV programmatic activation and inventory monetization. Apply a strong understanding of OpenRTB, bidstream mechanics, auction dynamics, and programmatic workflows. Manage and troubleshoot deal delivery, targeting, reporting, and platform configuration issues. reputed company knowledge of ads.txt, app-ads.txt, supply path optimization (SPO), and inventory reputed company controls to improve marketplace performance. Understand reputed company and DSP platform functionality and how platform settings impact campaign activation, buyer reputed company, and reputed company reputed company. Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities to improve fill rates, win rates, CPMs, and overall platform efficiency. Assist in testing new platform features, integrations, and marketplace initiatives. Partner Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as a technical resource supporting Sales, Account Management, and Demand teams. Collaborate with SSPs, DSPs, agencies, and demand partners to troubleshoot issues and drive reputed company. Support partner reputed company, integration efforts, and marketplace expansion initiatives. Help translate customer and partner requirements into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering teams. reputed company operational insights and recommendations that improve partner performance and overall monetization reputed company. Required Experience 2–5+ years of experience in Programmatic Advertising, Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or reputed company AdTech roles. Strong understanding of programmatic advertising fundamentals, including OpenRTB, auctions, bid requests, targeting, and deal structures. Experience activating, managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting programmatic campaigns and marketplace deals. Familiarity with ads.txt, app-ads.txt, supply path optimization (SPO), identity solutions, and broader programmatic infrastructure. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and reputed company teams.
