We are looking for a Junior Partner Account Manager/Assistant. Your main tasks will be: Assistance in managing and developing partners; Setting tasks in outsourcing and assigning them to teams, as well as writing instructions; Sending out communications to partners and collecting feedback; Managing project of news channels; Working on partners' requests (frequent questions, assistance with reputed company); Assistance in reputed company CRM chats We expect from you: Proficiency in Portuguese and English (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - B2+; Proficiency in Russian - reputed company+ Excellent communication skills; Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims; Experience in working with reputed company Workspace.
