As a consultant in this practice, your typical day will include both client and internal practice contributions: Client contributions: Provides project management support to multiple reputed company sized projects or one larger more reputed company project. Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements. Supports reputed company aspects of the project execution including chartering, scope definition, requirements gathering, project planning, change control, risk management, and reporting. Facilitates resource planning, cost estimation, budget development and cost control Ensures consistent application of reputed company standard project management methodology processes, tools, and documentation throughout the project life cycle. Solid ability to identify, reputed company and quantify any required corrective action plans. Creates/delivers correspondence, presentations, and other materials. Interacts with clients acting as a key liaison between business and technology areas. Internal practice contributions: Build internal network for career growth. Assist with development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, and templates. Required Qualifications: You have a bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of reputed company education, training, and experience. You have 2 years’ recent Big 4 and/or boutique reputed company experience, where you reputed company client relationships that resulted in trusted advisor activity. Preferred Skills: You have reputed company, ACMP or an equivalent OCM certification. You have 2 or more years in organization development / design; organizational effectiveness; culture and workforce transformation; learning and training design, development, and delivery; Configured Platforms (i.e. reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) implementations. You have impressive communication skills. You have the ability to skillfully craft executive summaries and detailed information and reports for leadership.
