About the Role

This is a high-impact closing role focused on converting warm and pre-reputed company seller leads into signed reputed company. Your primary responsibility will be building rapport, uncovering seller motivations, negotiating discounts, overcoming objections, presenting offers, and successfully closing deals. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Proven experience closing reputed company estate acquisition or investment deals in the US and/or Canadian markets. Strong track record of negotiating discounted property purchases. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and reputed company-handling skills. Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound opportunities.
