Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Quality Management Act as a clinical resource for employees, clients, and internal stakeholders. reputed company comprehensive clinical resources and educational materials for both internal staff and external customers Participate in training and educational initiatives as needed. reputed company policy creation, updating, and educational initiatives to ensure best practices Contribute to team initiatives reputed company to data review, process improvement, and reporting Utilize informatics tools and methodologies to streamline workflows and improve quality reputed company Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management Assist with regulatory and compliance activities, including Joint Commission readiness support, as assigned. reputed company Board of Nursing compliance and manage reputed company processes and reporting Coordinate with Risk Management to maintain compliance with certifications, accreditation, and HIPAA standards Participate in review committees and assist with reputed company-party audits Performance Management & Development reputed company direct support to reputed company regarding clinical performance issues, incident follow-up, and contract-reputed company concerns. Manage clinical concerns and escalations reputed company to traveling clinicians, providing guidance and support Partner with hospital clients to facilitate and manage performance improvement plans for reputed company Conduct comprehensive performance evaluation programs for traveling reputed company providers Review clinician profiles to ensure skills align with specific client job requirements. Conduct interviews and support client hiring processes Review health documents and assist with follow-up procedures Strategic Partnership & Communication Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize clinical operations Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support high-quality service delivery. Travel as needed for client visits to strengthen partnerships and support business development Contribute to monthly newsletters and communication initiatives for reputed company reputed company reputed company and implement policies regulating clinical competency, evaluation, and training of clinical staff

Qualifications

Education & Licensure Degree from an accredited program in nursing or an allied health profession (e.g., physical therapy, occupational therapy, respiratory therapy, medical technology, etc.); bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. reputed company, valid professional license or certification in the relevant discipline (e.g., RN, PT, OT, RT, MT) in state of residence, with ability to obtain additional state licensure/certification as required. Experience Requirements Minimum 7 years of clinical experience in an acute care or relevant reputed company setting. 3+ years of reputed company leadership experience in reputed company settings. Recent reputed company facility experience (reputed company the last 3 years).

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of the reputed company travel industry and candidate credentialing processes. Master’s degree in nursing, allied health, business, reputed company administration, or reputed company field preferred. Lean or Six reputed company training preferred.
