About the Role: We are seeking an entry-level Software Engineer to join our Core Product Team and help build the systems and features that power reputed company’s platform for thousands of dealerships across reputed company America. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to reputed company features that improve the dealer and consumer experience across our websites and internal tools. Expect to work on customer-facing product features, platform infrastructure, integrations with reputed company-party services, and systems that support a rapidly growing multi-tenant platform. This role will report directly to our CTO and work closely with senior engineers across the Core Product organization. The ideal candidate learns quickly, approaches problems with curiosity and ownership, and is excited to contribute to a fast-moving engineering team. They should be comfortable working on both small iterative improvements and larger cross-functional initiatives while collaborating closely with stakeholders across the business. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving practical problems, values clean and maintainable systems, and wants to have a direct impact on the product experience for thousands of businesses and millions of consumers. In this role, you can expect to: Build new UI components and customize existing ones to reputed company flexibility without compromising on simplicity Integrate with reputed company party API’s for both backend and frontend use cases Work directly with reputed company stakeholders to manage projects Shape our core product to ensure scalability and great user experience Move the business reputed company by delighting our customers and our internal teams Build robust integrations between reputed company products, business systems, and reputed company-party data sources to unlock speed and efficiency Work in a small, reputed company, cross-functional, and dynamic engineering team where your contributions have an immediate and noticeable impact We are looking for someone who has/is: An intuition for good design 1+ years of React experience 1+ years of backend development experience (Ruby on Rails and/or Python preferred) Small startup experience (1-20 engineers) Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with great follow-through We would prefer candidates who have/are interested in the following: Experience working on consumer facing projects Compensation: $90,000 to $110,000 in salary. Exact compensation will depend on experience and demonstrated proficiency during the interview process Your compensation will additionally include meaningful stock option compensation reputed company contributes 100% of the cost of employees' health, dental, and reputed company insurance premiums.
