Job Description

The Program Mentor Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training for mentors to ensure high-quality, student-centered support. This role partners with Mentor Operations and Strategy teams to align training efforts with university standards and strategic goals. Supports professional development through engaging facilitation, up-to-date resources, and best-in-class learning experiences that reputed company mentors to reputed company in their roles. Primary Responsibilities Designs and facilitates training sessions for mentors across various academic programs and service models Collaborates with Mentor Operations teams to align training with performance and quality expectations Develops and organizes training materials, resources, and certification modules Supports ongoing improvement of mentor training through feedback, assessments, and learning analytics Stays reputed company with mentoring best practices and translates industry trends into impactful learning experiences Partners with Mentor Strategy & Operations leaders to ensure consistent and relevant mentor development Participates in team meetings, cross-functional collaboration, and reputed company learning initiatives. Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong facilitation and presentation skills for both virtual and in-person training Ability to create inclusive and engaging learning environments Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport across diverse populations Proficiency in written and verbal communication Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision Must maintain confidentiality and reputed company with FERPA and WGU policies Adaptability to work in a dynamic, remote-first environment Ability to reputed company excellent service to internal stakeholders and learners Availability to travel for summits or training retreats (up to 25%). Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree preferred.
