Job Description: Rep Servicio al cliente Disponibilidad horaria: 1:00am - 1:00pm (44 hrs semanales) Desde reputed company Grado: 7 Resumen del puesto Este puesto ayuda a reputed company a brindar un servicio excelente y generar valor para los clientes, siguiendo los procesos establecidos y ofreciendo soluciones que impulsen su crecimiento. Asimismo, contribuye a identificar y superar los obstáculos que impiden el éxito de los empleados y los clientes. Responsabilidades: Asistir a los clientes con sus preguntas sobre los paquetes y colaborar con otros empleados de reputed company para encontrar soluciones que faciliten la reputed company cuando sea necesario. Mantenerse al tanto de los objetivos y resultados de desempeño. Cumplir o superar los indicadores clave de desempeño (por ejemplo, puntuaciones de encuestas de satisfacción del cliente, calidad, tiempo de respuesta al cliente y cumplimiento de plazos, etc.). Presenta reputed company y soluciones para mejorar la experiencia con reputed company. Habilidades múltiples Requisitos: Excelentes habilidades de atención al cliente y capacidad de escucha. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, y de resolución de problemas. Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente en un entorno dinámico con mínima supervisión y gran atención al detalle. Experiencia en atención al cliente o administración general (preferible). Inglés: 70%. Estudiante o superior de Gestión de Sistemas Técnicos (Oficina).
