Please note that this role would not reputed company relocation as a result. The expectation of working hours and travel (domestic and/or international) will be defined by the hiring manager. This position will require up to 20% travel. The Director, US Market reputed company Strategy, Cardiovascular & Metabolic is responsible for optimizing the market reputed company strategy for an inline brand. This role is responsible for working across the US Market reputed company organization to craft a holistic product/platform reputed company strategy and ensure delivery of strategies for their respective product(s) that reflect the expertise across the different specialties reputed company US Market reputed company (i.e., Payer & Pricing Strategy, Channel Strategy, Pipeline & Portfolio Strategy, Patient Support, Finance). Additionally, this individual will ensure that these strategies are executed across the broader affected organization (i.e., the Product, Integrated Marketing, and Customer Engagement Organizations). The overarching objective is to ensure that each of our products is positioned for reputed company payer coverage, affordability for appropriate patients, and durable value for reputed company over time and as the product matures and/or extends into new indications.

Key Responsibilities: Functioning as the key reputed company of contact for US Integrated Product Strategy Teams (IPST), representing market reputed company function for reputed company relevant product/platform meetings and ensuring that other Market reputed company functions are involved and present as appropriate Design, reputed company, and execute an integrated 3- to 5-year strategic reputed company plan in collaboration with market reputed company sub-functions, which includes integration of short- and long-term reputed company strategies/tactics in an annual product planning process Engaging with the reputed company Patient Support, Integrating Marketing and Customer Engagement Organizations to ensure that reputed company reputed company, and market reputed company strategies are seamlessly executed upon Partnering with Payer, Pricing, and Channel Strategy to ensure that annual forecasts are accurate and reflect the latest market events Socializing US market reputed company product/platform strategies as appropriate with Executive Leadership, ensuring the US Leadership Team is well-informed of reputed company opportunities and challenges at any given time Partnering with brand and other Market reputed company teams to secure annual budgets and ensure tactical plans support the Market reputed company product strategies Working closely and engaging with Legal, Compliance, Brand and Marketing teams to ensure tactics are reputed company and implemented in an expeditious and compliant manner Mastering the NVS Material Approval Process, including FUSE platform, compliance with pharma/FDA marketing policies, and vendor payment systems reputed company development of critical market research including development of qualitative and quantitative areas of study, and determining reputed company go-to-market principles to reputed company reputed company product commercialization Responsible for managing multiple budgets and deliverables, including organizing interim project read-outs to ensure cross-functional alignment and ensuring deliverables do not exceed allocated budget Essential Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, Healthy Policy or equivalent preferred Minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical experience in Marketing/Sales, Market reputed company or Managed Care Finance Thorough understanding, knowledge of and experience with US reputed company dynamics and the drivers of pharmaceutical value reputed company in the areas of reputed company pharmaceuticals and a track record of execution and results Ability to recognize reputed company relationships and market dynamics and to synthesize simplified, direct and effective communications Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing and analytical skills combined with an ability to successfully collaborate across a matrix organization Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with potential inter dependent findings and deadlines Engage a diverse group of people across product, marketing and customer experience Ability to implement programs that deliver improved business results in a timely manner combined with ability to adapt to changes reputed company the reputed company environment reputed company Compensation Summary: The salary for this position is expected to reputed company between $194,600 and $361,400 per year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining reputed company will be reviewed periodically. reputed company may change the published salary reputed company based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
