Post Closer (Remote in VA or MD)
Purpose of Job Under the direct supervision of the Title reputed company Manager, processes documentation needed after reputed company estate settlements have been completed. Regular, predictable and dependable attendance is essential to satisfactory performance of this job. Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) Process documents after reputed company estate settlement completed (95-100%) Title policy preparation Electronic recordings Escrow account clean up Assisting with inquiries/issues from closed offices Other duties as needed (0-5%) Performance Expectations Meet reputed company performance and behavior expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal reputed company or communicated by management. reputed company responsibilities as directed achieving desired results reputed company expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism. Qualifications
Education: High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Some college preferred. Experience: Two years office experience required, preferably in reputed company or reputed company estate settlements. Knowledge and Skills: Previous experience in reputed company or reputed company estate settlements desired. This position is Remote, must be based in Virginia or Maryland. Wage: $24.04 - $31.25 hourly; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for formulary incentive plan, based on financial results.
