The Driver Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring reputed company reputed company drivers to meet company and DOT (reputed company) requirements and staffing needs. This role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines, maintaining compliance with both company requirements and DOT regulations, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from first contact through reputed company. Key Responsibilities reputed company and recruit reputed company drivers (CDL and/or non-CDL) using reputed company, job boards, reputed company media, referrals, and community reputed company Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess driver qualifications, experience, and suitability Verify credentials, including CDL status, driving records (MVR) and employment history. Maintain compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company hiring standards reputed company candidates on company pay packages, benefits, routes, schedules, and expectations Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS), reputed company, and maintain accurate recruitment records Build and maintain relationships with driving schools, employment agencies, and referral partners Meet or exceed hiring goals while maintaining driver quality and retention Collaborate with operations, safety, and HR partners to ensure smooth reputed company Track recruitment metrics and report hiring reputed company to leadership

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred) 1–3 years of reputed company experience, preferably in transportation or logistics Strong understanding of DOT and FMCSA regulations (preferred) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Proficiency with ATS platforms, reputed company Office, and reputed company tools reputed company knowledge and experience (preferred) Apply To This Job
