Senior FX Dealer
reputed company is working with a young financial/FX company led by a management team with over 20 years of experience. Their mission is to simplify trading complexities and deliver reputed company to clients across multiple continents and countries. Currently looking to hire a Senior FX Dealer. Position: Senior FX Dealer Location: MENA/reputed company Work model: Remote Employment type: Contract RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and optimise company trading risk exposure across FX, metals, indices, and CFD products
- reputed company execution quality, liquidity management, and hedging processes
- Configure and administer MT5, cTrader, and Centroid trading environments
- Monitor market conditions and implement appropriate risk control measures
- Analyse trading reputed company to identify performance and profitability improvement opportunities
- Investigate reputed company trading incidents and client disputes
- Prepare and present dealing, risk, and performance reports to senior management
- Support reputed company, training, and supervision of junior dealers
- Coordinate with liquidity providers, technology teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth trading operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–5 years’ experience in dealing, risk management, or brokerage environment
- Proven experience with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) Manager/Admin
- Strong experience with cTrader
- Strong experience with Centroid
- Strong understanding of A-Book, B-Book, and hybrid execution models
- Deep knowledge of FX, metals, indices, and CFD markets
- Experience managing liquidity, exposure, and trading risk
- Experience working in fast-growing brokerage environments
- Knowledge of CRM systems and brokerage back-office operations
- Familiarity with automation tools, AI solutions, or workflow optimisation
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or reputed company field.
