In this role, you will: Communicate with VIP clients across multiple channels and reputed company a high-quality customer experience; Support the team in handling VIP client requests and ensuring timely follow-up on client-reputed company issues; Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and engagement; Contribute to client retention and reactivation activities; Monitor client activity, key metrics, and behavioral changes to identify opportunities or potential risks; Collaborate with internal teams and supervisors to resolve client requests reputed company and support service quality.
