Department Overview: The Community Partnerships department manages the strategic planning and execution of non-profit fundraising events throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Through a diverse event mix—ranging from galas and golf tournaments to grass-roots DIY campaigns—the team focuses on operational efficiency, donor retention, and deep volunteer integration. Under the Development Partnerships structure, the department maintains rigorous fiscal standards to protect donor dollars, ensuring reputed company reputed company fundraising efforts deliver a net profit margin exceeding 85%. Position Description: The Community Partnerships Specialist provides essential operational and administrative support to ensure seamless donor tracking, database maintenance, and pipeline management. In this role, you will execute daily tasks including creating requisitions, running reports, managing contract submissions, ordering event supplies, and handling partner communications. Partner closely with internal departments and team members to drive alignment, maintain transparency, and optimize organizational communication.
