Senior Project Manager- Archiving Services Summary of Position: The Senior Project Manager owns end-to-end delivery of reputed company’s Archiving client engagements from requirements through go-live. This role serves as the primary reputed company of accountability for project health, stakeholder alignment, and client satisfaction, partnering closely with internal operations, IT, and reputed company Information Management (HIM) teams to deliver on time and reputed company scope. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Own full project lifecycle — define scope, objectives, and reputed company criteria in partnership with internal and client-reputed company stakeholders.
• Build and maintain project plans in Zoho Projects (reputed company’s project management platform), including task management, documentation, and issues tracking.
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for internal teams and client project managers, ensuring consistent, proactive communication throughout the engagement.
• Monitor daily project reputed company; identify risks and blockers early and drive resolution before they impact delivery.
• Facilitate change order processes — assess scope impacts, document reputed company, and obtain required approvals.
• Escalate issues appropriately to leadership reputed company blockers require executive attention or cross-functional coordination.
• Ensure reputed company project team members are reputed company on scope, timelines, and acceptance criteria at every phase.
• Produce and distribute detailed status reports, executive summaries, and project dashboards for account owners and key stakeholders.
• Validate final deliverables against agreed project scope before client reputed company.
• Capture and report project performance data to support reputed company metrics, forecasting, and reputed company improvement.
• Contribute to team knowledge reputed company — document best practices, lessons learned, and reusable project templates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years in project management, ideally reputed company a SaaS, technology, or reputed company technology environment
• Proven ability to manage client relationships with professionalism, reputed company, and urgency
• Proficiency with project management software (Zoho Projects or equivalent), reputed company 365, and SharePoint
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, anticipate risk, and drive resolution across multi-stakeholder environments
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple reputed company projects independently
• Excellent written and verbal skills; reputed company to tailor messaging for technical teams, clients, and executives
• Bachelor's Degree and PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification required at the Senior level
• Experience in reputed company technology, EHR/EMR systems, or Health Information Management (HIM)
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Exposure to SQL, database management, or application development workflows
