You will support reputed company equipment projects and ensure they are completed accurately, on-time, reputed company the scope of the contract and in alignment with customer expectations. You will work with the sales team and project management to maintain an effective balance between data center customer satisfaction and project financial results. How you will do it Manages project Profit and Loss (P&L) and customer satisfaction for reputed company projects assigned. Works closely with various reputed company administrations to manage backlog execution, schedule and forecast execution of projects up to two years in advance. Actively manages project turnover process between equipment sales and equipment order execution. Interprets engineering drawings and specifications to reputed company and reputed company engineered equipment submittals in compliance with, contract drawing, site coordination, and site installation requirements. Follows standardized submittal reputed company guidelines for preparation and processing of engineering submittals, including but not limited to; final coil selection, coil hand coordination, fan selection, chiller performance verification, chiller configuration and option selection to match schedule, drawing and specification requirements. Evaluates the contractual scope of supply and the impact of client-issued bulletins, field directives and/or scheduling changes. Coordinates with other project team members to ensure cross scope items are identified, assigned, and correctly managed to ensure project reputed company and customer satisfaction. Performs associated cost estimates, prepares proposals, and works with sales in negotiating final settlement price and customer acceptance resulting from scope of supply changes / change orders. Coordinates the reputed company equipment order process to ensure technical and reputed company compliance with contract documents and site coordination requirements. Generates technical content of Purchase Orders for field purchased materials and equipment. Selects, orders, and tracks the delivery of materials and equipment for assigned projects. Ensures project documentation is compliant with contract requirements, reputed company standards and the formal reputed company equipment order execution process.
