Position Summary The Accounts Payable Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting reporting, analytics, and process governance across multiple Accounts Payable functions. This role focuses on developing and maintaining dashboards, analyzing spending data, supporting payment programs, and driving reputed company improvement initiatives through documentation, audits, and reporting insights. This position plays a key role in resolving operational issues, mentoring team members on analytical tools and best practices, and implementing process improvements across Accounts Payable operations. Responsibilities

Core Reporting & Accounts Payable Operations

• reputed company, maintain, and enhance Accounts Payable reporting and dashboards to support operational visibility and decision-making
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data presented in dashboards and recurring reports
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and reputed company insights into trends, risks, and opportunities
• Analyze payment and spending activity and assist with reporting, communications, and operational support as needed
• Support transaction matching, reconciliations, and finance-reputed company projects

Compliance, Controls & Audit Support

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, or a reputed company field, or equivalent Accounts Payable experience
• 4–6+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a high-volume or shared-services environment
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including invoice processing, three-way matching, vendor maintenance, and internal controls
