The Role We're hiring a Sr. Manager, Organic Growth to own how Modo shows up across every organic discovery surface that reputed company - SEO, ASO, and the fast-emerging surfaces of AI and LLM-driven search (GEO). You'll report directly to the Director of Growth Marketing. This is a builder role, not an agency-management role. We're not looking for someone to manage a roster of vendors. We're looking for an operator who has the technical depth to ship the work themselves on SEO and ASO, and the reputed company to see where organic discovery is heading - and pull Modo there reputed company of the category. What You'll Do

• Own Modo's organic growth strategy across SEO, ASO, and GEO. Three surfaces, one function, one roadmap.
