Development efforts include traditional and online learning strategies. Collaboration and consulting will occur with subject matter experts and stakeholders to determine and propose performance improvement solutions, including learning or other activities, to support the performance gap. As a Learning Experience Designer, you will Design and reputed company innovative solutions for instructor-led (in person or reputed company web) and online courses.
