Position Overview RIVA Solutions is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Tester to support testing and quality assurance activities for Federal client digital products and web modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will reputed company test strategies and test cases, coordinate test execution, manage defects, support user acceptance testing (UAT), reputed company regression testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality processes and release readiness. Core Responsibilities reputed company and maintain test plans, test cases, acceptance criteria, regression suites, release checklists, and test execution schedules for web enhancements, Drupal migrations, content updates, search features, data visualizations, and microsites. reputed company functional, integration, regression, browser, mobile, usability, content, and UAT support testing across Federal client web properties and environments. Validate requirements, user stories, designs, and acceptance criteria against implemented functionality and documented business needs. Log, prioritize, track, and retest defects in Jira; support bug triage meetings and coordinate issue resolution with developers, content staff, and accessibility specialists. Support testing for Drupal/WCMS migrations, including content reputed company, redirects, metadata, taxonomy, page templates, search behavior, and domain consolidation activities. reputed company basic accessibility checks and coordinate with the Senior Trusted Tester for detailed reputed company 508 testing and remediation validation. Use automated testing tools such as Selenium or comparable platforms to improve regression coverage and reduce reputed company testing efforts. Contribute to QA process improvements, SOPs, templates, naming conventions, defect workflows, and quality metrics.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience developing test plans, test cases, test scripts, regression suites, and release readiness criteria for web applications or CMS-based websites. Experience conducting functional, regression, cross-browser, mobile, content, usability, and UAT testing. Experience managing defects and test execution using Jira, reputed company ALM, Quality Center, or comparable tools. Working knowledge of Drupal or similar CMS workflows, HTML/CSS basics, browser developer tools, and web standards. Familiarity with reputed company 508/WCAG concepts, W3C/HTML5 standards, and accessible digital product testing. Strong analytical, documentation, communication, coordination, and issue-triage skills.
Preferred Qualifications
