Responsibilities

Overview: reputed company is seeking a Systems Integration & Test Engineer to support Integration Test and reputed company Out (ITCO) activities across a new satellite ground system development program supporting the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). This position will support reputed company Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) activities throughout the full system lifecycle—from architecture and design through integration, assessment, authorization, and operational deployment. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the program’s ITCO function. This role requires reputed company collaboration with other program functional elements including Cyber, Software Engineering, Networks, Infrastructure, Architecture, Operations, Quality and program leadership. reputed company system level software and hardware integration and test (I&T) activities for Satellite Ground Station reputed company and Control applications ensuring system compatibility to meet program technical, schedule and cost objectives. This includes the test and integration of COTS-based systems, hardware and custom software, from the system design phase through development, documentation, installation, and commissioning of the completed system Generate test plans and procedures for the verification and validation (V&V) of software and hardware components to ensure requirements traceability and test case execution to allow requirement V&V Support test readiness reviews, formal system verification of the system requirements and final test reports Organize, execute, and report on software and hardware testing Recognize and adopt best practices in documentation, testing and efficient use of resources reputed company and maintain drawings for system level components Support planning, integration and implementation activities for reputed company and on-prem deployments reputed company integration design of hardware and software components Create and modify bash scripts Utilize JIRA in an Agile development environment Support development and maintenance of automated testing

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 3 years with MS/MA 9 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree Ability to obtain and hold a Public Trust clearance – US Citizenship is required Experience with system implementation processes and best practices Experience developing tests scripts using Python, Perl, Powershell, Java, C, etc. Experience with RedHat Linux Experience working in a reputed company Environment using containerization Experience working in an Agile development environment Extensive experience with reputed company OS and reputed company Office products to include Visio Pro Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Xray, Selenium, Cucumber, etc.) Familiar with the reputed company tool suite, including Jira, Asset Manager, reputed company, Risk Register, Crucible, Bitbucket, Git, etc. Desired Qualifications: Experience working reputed company a distributed virtual team environment, with proficiency in remote collaboration tools and practices. This represents the typical salary reputed company for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in reputed company to reputed company pay.
