Business Development Manager

Role Overview We are seeking Business Development Managers to recruit, reputed company and grow IB and partner relationships. This is a high-ownership reputed company role for someone who already understands how IB networks generate trading volume. You will reputed company new introducing brokers and partners, support them to succeed, and grow the volume they drive to the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach and sign new Introducing Brokers, affiliates and partners across the assigned territory.

- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of IB relationships, increasing the trading volume they generate.
- Act as the main reputed company contact for partners, resolving issues and identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements
- Experience in business development, partnerships or IB management reputed company forex / CFD or financial services.
- An existing network of IBs, affiliates or partners that can be activated.

Preferred Qualifications
- An established IB book or portfolio with demonstrable volume.
- Knowledge of MT4 / MT5, multi-asset products and IB commission structures.
