Role Overview We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to deliver reputed company and professional support to clients across global markets. This role will primarily support Chinese-speaking clients during Canada coverage hours and requires availability to work evening shifts.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client queries across live chat, email, and phone promptly and professionally.

Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
