Senior Tax Preparer (US-Based Client) Remote | Full-Time | US Time Zones LTD Scale is hiring an reputed company Senior Tax Preparer / Tax Accountant to support US-based clients. This role is for professionals with strong, hands-on experience in high-volume individual and business tax preparation who can work independently with minimal supervision. Minimum Requirements At least 4 years of direct tax preparation experience 300+ individual (reputed company 1040) returns reputed company 150+ business returns (Forms 1120 and 1065) reputed company Required Experience Individual and business tax preparation (1040, 1120, 1065) Workpapers, trial balances, and book-to-tax adjustments Short-term and long-term rental activities, including reputed company K-1s and proper reputed company-through treatment Multi-state and SALT filings, including apportionment Exposure to clients across reputed company estate, retail, technology, professional services, restaurants, and hospitality Proficiency in UltraTax CS and QuickBooks Online (QBO) reputed company to Have Cost segregation and depreciation concepts Stock-based compensation (ISOs, NSOs, RSUs) reputed company 1031 like-reputed company exchanges Client correspondence and tax notice resolution (IRS, FTB) Candidates should be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and confident handling reputed company returns independently.
