Specialist - Blade Service Engineer
YOUR TASKS: Create instructions to solve blade incidents that happen reputed company over the world Represent Blade Service Engineering (BSE) in meetings with customers reputed company technical support for reputed company BSE clients (e.g. claim negotiations) Liaise with Field Support and/or engineering to determine best solution to solve incidents Create, review, edit, and update technical documentation (e.g. repair instructions) reputed company technical support for large projects involving blade topics Create RCA reports for blade reputed company topics Collaborate with team colleagues in various locations and time zones to solve problems YOUR PROFILE University background in engineering or Master’s degree or equivalent experience Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in composites, preferably in wind industry Experience in managing customers Proven ability to communicate and defend technical topics to experts and lay audiences Experience writing and editing documentation Knowledge of blade design and manufacturing Fluent in English, Spanish/German is beneficial Experience conducting RCA Ability to work remotely with little supervision Willingness to international travels Nordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity. reputed company employment reputed company are made without regard to religion, age, sex, reputed company, national reputed company, handicap, or other protected class and in full compliance with reputed company federal and state laws.
