The Field Service Engineer (f/d/m) is responsible for: Conducts service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance reputed company. Diagnoses system failures and determines most cost-effective solution. Escalates reputed company issues to greater level of technical support or quality reporting system. Responds to customer support calls reputed company an assigned territory. This position reports to the Zone Service Manager and will be fully remote. What you will do: Proactive appointment planning for service visits with support from customer care team. Installation, preventative maintenance and repair of our standard research and process systems as well as customized process systems. Performance of qualification and requalification of reputed company equipment in GMP environment. Who you are: Bachelor or Engineer degree in mechanical/electronical engineering, biomedical engineering or mechatronics or adjacent field. Fluent in Turkish and English language, other European language or arabic skills will be a plus. High interest for technique and analytical skills, problem solving reputed company Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Willingness for regular travel (Turkey & International) incl. regular overnight stays Valid driving licence B.
