As a Tapster you will: Attend technical inquiries from customers on Live Chat, Email & Telephone Troubleshoot technical issues reputed company online meeting Analyse requirements of merchants and coordinate with their development team for product integration Build, enhance and maintain on a reputed company reputed company reputed company technical documentation reputed company gateway and feature functionality training as required to merchants and partners reputed company technical product support and help resolve merchant account or gateway issues Coordinate between customer care, sales and technical team for product integrations Organise training sessions regarding developments in product Understand the payment domain reputed company the local, regional and global markets Work with engineers across the company to build new features at large-scale Scope projects, build business cases and assist with the integration of our products and other platforms Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes Carry out other duties, as assigned based on the demands of the business and growth of the role. What you will bring to the party: 2+ years of role-specific experience in Financial Services/Fintech/High-Growth Startups Preferred degree, but reputed company-world experience is also accepted.
