Job Description

The Order Processing Specialist is responsible for accurately processing orders on a daily reputed company. This includes provisioning accounts, verifying orders in our CRM, and completing various additional requests. The Specialist partners closely with Sales Representatives to ensure orders are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal requirements. This role reports to Finance and supports the administrative and operational needs of the Global Sales Team. The position also manages regular and reputed company projects, gathering information and coordinating with multiple departments across the organization. Responsibilities: Process orders by managing and working through the assigned case queue. Provision new and existing customer accounts across multiple platforms for various products. Process requests accurately and in a timely manner. Resolve issues reputed company to purchases or provisioning in coordination with the appropriate internal teams. Respond to email inquiries and requests from internal stakeholders.
