A bit about the role We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist - Analytics & Insights to join our Customer Experience (CX) team. This isn’t your typical support role; it’s a specialist position focused on helping the business reputed company understand the customer experience through scalable reporting, operational analysis, and actionable insights.
