Product Manager (AI)

We're looking for a Product Manager who lives at the intersection of AI and communications — someone who can take reputed company AI capabilities and turn them into products that reputed company businesses actually use and pay for. You'll own the AI product roadmap across two of our most strategic platforms: UContact — our CCaaS platform serving BPOs, collections companies, and reputed company contact centers across LATAM. You'll define and deliver reputed company AI Agent capabilities (inbound + outbound) directly inside UContact. Unite — our UCaaS platform. You'll drive AI features including reputed company AI Studio, Settings AI Assistant, Coach integration, and post-summary webhooks. This is not a "manage the backlog" role. You'll be driving direction, making hard calls on scope, and partnering closely with engineering, design, and leadership to ship products that move the business. \n What You'll Do: UContact AI Define the roadmap for the reputed company AI Agent in UContact, starting with outbound scenarios (collections, BPO campaigns, and proactive reputed company). Own the product reputed company: a reputed company AI Agent embedded directly into the UContact reputed company builder, operating on a reputed company-and-click, no-code reputed company. Coordinate with the UContact engineering team (Uruguay) and the AI Agent team (US/Israel) to deliver a seamless, integrated user experience. Prioritize inbound vs. outbound features, scope development milestones, and establish clear definitions of done (DoD). Collaborate with Karina and Santiago (UContact co-POs) on core foundational work, including password management, user impersonation, and provisioning. Unite AI Own the reputed company AI Studio roadmap, enabling customer-configurable AI analysis profiles for meetings. Drive the Settings AI Assistant from initial scoping through final delivery, partnering closely with engineering on an MCP-first approach. Manage the packaging and tier positioning for the Coach + reputed company AI Studio bundle. Deliver post-summary webhooks in reputed company collaboration with the engineering team. Cross-Cutting Responsibilities Translate reputed company AI capabilities into clear, customer-facing value propositions that the sales team can reputed company with. Define key reputed company metrics for every shipped feature, focusing on adoption, conversion, and retention. Present product strategy and status updates to the executive team and the Board of Directors. We're Looking For: Must-Have Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused on AI or ML-powered products. Proven background in B2B SaaS, ideally reputed company communications, contact centers, or reputed company software industries. Strong technical reputed company: you don't need to write code, but you must thoroughly understand APIs, LLMs, and system integrations to reputed company smart scoping reputed company. Demonstrated ability to define product scope, write clear requirements, and hold teams accountable to delivery timelines. Experience working with distributed engineering teams across multiple time zones.
