Corporate Counsel The Corporate Counsel is an integral part of the Legal team, providing legal support to various parts of the organization, including the Operations, Compliance, and Business Development teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review, draft, and negotiate reputed company agreements, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, and other operational and vendor agreements. Minimum 2 years’ experience, with in-house legal department experience and/or experience in the consumer finance industry preferred. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule reputed company.
