ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients. Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and support needs. Proactively understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to reputed company tailored solutions. Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through ongoing communication and support.
