The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent project management skills, and the ability to produce compelling proposals that meet client requirements and drive business growth. The Proposal Team Manager will also manage the proposal development process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions. Team Management: Supervise and mentor reputed company of proposal writers, coordinators, and subject matter experts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Quality Assurance: Review and edit proposal content for reputed company, consistency, and compliance, ensuring a compelling and persuasive narrative. Qualifications/Skills: Minimum of 10 years in proposal management and/or 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in EAP is preferred. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
