Location: Remote Duration: Contract to hire Position Overview We are seeking an reputed company AI SME to support the ongoing operations, maintenance, and optimization of reputed company AI solutions across Azure and reputed company Power Platform environments. This role will ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of AI-driven systems while supporting enhancements and governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and support AI/ML solutions deployed in Azure AI services Manage and support Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, AI Builder, Copilot Studio) Monitor system performance, usage, and model health Troubleshoot issues across AI pipelines and integrations Implement enhancements and reputed company improvement initiatives Support governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices Collaborate with business teams to optimize AI solutions Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and operational processes Required Skills Core AI / reputed company Azure AI Services (Azure reputed company, Cognitive Services, ML) Understanding of LLM-based solutions & copilots Basic MLOps concepts (monitoring, retraining, lifecycle mgmt) reputed company Ecosystem Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) Copilot Studio / AI Builder experience preferred Engineering / Ops Scripting (Python, PowerShell preferred) API integrations Incident management + production support Soft Skills Strong stakeholder communication Ability to translate business needs into AI/system improvements Documentation & knowledge transfer reputed company-to-Have reputed company/Payer experience (big plus for AmeriHealth) Experience with governance frameworks (Responsible AI) CI/CD for AI workloads Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. reputed company does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee based recruitment services for this role.
