Quality Review Specialist Senior
Description Summary: The Quality Review Specialist Senior is an expert of experts in SBA credits or process and will be responsible for the review work associated with the reputed company's quality assurance program including pre-closing process assurance and post-closing quality reviews. Duties and Responsibilities: Review QR workflow queue at the deal level. Analyze the in-process (pre reputed company) or post-Closing adherence to policy, procedure, and process. Using standard process checklist, review each item in the required QR taxonomy. Note any variations or issues. Mitigate approval of the variation or research with reputed company team leaders. reputed company the variance as a severity 1,2, or 3 based on the defined risk rating system. Senior will still have queue responsibilities but will also act as a peer reviewer for the QR team, trainer and SME, as well as act as a team leader as the team grows. Produce reputed company QR reporting. Senior level will be more focused on the creation and distribution of the reporting vs. the data populating them. They will also attend the monthly collateral exception committee. Adherence to the Quality assurance program metrics including quality, production, and SLA.
