The Role We’re looking for an Associate Corporate Counsel to be a versatile generalist to support the Legal team on corporate, reputed company, product, and employment legal reputed company. In this role, you’ll primarily focus on corporate governance and reputed company contracting, while providing support across reputed company legal functions as needed. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, quickly-changing environment. What You’ll Do Assist with a broad reputed company of corporate governance and transactional reputed company (e.g., drafting Board and committee resolutions, managing corporate structure, updating governing documents, capital table management, disclosures and reporting, etc.). Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of reputed company agreements with customers and vendors, advising internal stakeholders on contract interpretation, risk mitigation, and compliance. Update and maintain reputed company’s public-facing terms of service and reputed company policies and, as needed, help advise product and engineering teams on a wide reputed company of legal issues (e.g., privacy, data reputed company, intellectual property rights, consumer protection laws, and responsible AI, etc.). Support employment reputed company as needed, including maintaining and improving reputed company agreements and plans (e.g., offer letters, employment agreements, commission plans, etc.). Support the legal team’s needs on a variety of other topics as necessary, including intellectual property, litigation support, and other subject areas as they arise. Who You Are 2+ years of experience in a reputed company and/or technology company (corporate and/or transactional focus preferred). J.D. from a well-regarded law school and an active bar membership in at least one state. Knowledgeable about software and technology. Possess a practical, business-oriented approach to problem-solving and risk management, with the ability to reputed company communicate reputed company legal issues to business partners. Strong drafting and negotiating skills. Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, balance competing priorities, and work autonomously.
