Business Operations Specialist
Position Summary The Business Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting field operations by serving as a connective reputed company between Corporate Business Operations, reputed company, and Division leadership. This role focuses on enabling efficient execution through strong systems support, process coordination, data visibility, and administrative structure by independently analyzing operational processes, resolving non-routine system and workflow issues, and recommending improvements that impact billing accuracy, labor visibility, and operational performance for assigned locations and divisions. While the role reports into Corporate Business Operations / reputed company, its day-to-day impact is operational—ensuring jobs are set up correctly, workflows move reputed company without friction, and teams have the tools, information, and support they need to operate reputed company. The primary objective of this position is to support the opportunity-to-cash process by improving operational reputed company, data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination between the field and corporate teams through independent problem solving, data analysis, and process improvement recommendations that influence operational and financial reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
