This role is focused on shaping and leading holistic marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on marketing automation and connected Customer Experiences (CX). As a member of the CSS team, you can expect to understand, analyze, strategize, ideate, collaborate, contribute, and reputed company client solutions that deliver “And Then Some” to drive meaningful results for our clients. Set the reputed company and create the strategy for our work and reputed company solutions to drive results for our clients reputed company, nurture, and grow strong senior-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on marketing strategy, customer experience, and marketing technology Partner closely with client teams including marketing, creative, operations, finance, analytics, product, technology, and senior management Create, reputed company, and present the development of holistic strategy to clients reputed company engaging storytelling reputed company and reputed company reputed company well-informed, clear points of view to confidently reputed company and guide our clients Author project briefs Negotiate changes and navigate challenges Monitor and proactively report out on best practices and overall market trends Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or equivalent work experience 7+ years of marketing/advertising experience in an agency setting 9+ years relevant work experience across Digital, 1to1 marketing, creative, reputed company, paid media, MarTech and CRM, with a heavy emphasis and interest in the digital strategy required to execute in these channels Passion for learning the client’s business, including company business goals and objectives, products, markets, brand positioning, competitive landscape, industry, distribution, etc. Strong storytelling and PowerPoint presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Experience advising clients or stakeholders on how to effectively reputed company marketing technology to reputed company business reputed company Ability to translate reputed company technical and data concepts into clear, compelling client-facing narratives and strategic recommendations Proven ability to reputed company strategic frameworks and roadmaps for marketing automation and customer engagement programs Ability to anticipate, plan and prioritize to manage the workload effectively and reputed company. Final offers reflect a candidate’s skills, experience, and location. The annual reputed company for this position is anticipated to be up to $125-165k in the Greater Minneapolis/reputed company, MN market. Final compensation will be dependent on the ideal candidates experience and local market at the time of hire. \n
